Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final once items leave the store. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie or intimate apparel.

We kindly ask that you double-check sizes, colors, and styles before completing your purchase. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions or concerns at the time of purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing KLT Couture!
